I set up IST Digital Marketing because I wanted to do this work properly, for a small number of clients who I actually know. Not a list of account numbers. That has not changed, and it is the reason most of my clients have been with me for years rather than months.

When you ring, I answer. When you email, I reply, usually the same day. There is no account manager passing your question along to someone else, and no waiting a week for a straight answer. You deal with the person who builds and runs your campaigns, from day one.
I care how your business is doing.
Genuinely. I know what your busy season looks like, which jobs make you money and which ones you would rather not take on. When something is not working, I will tell you before you have to ask, and I will have a plan for fixing it. Your budget gets treated like it is my own, because in a sense it is. If your business does well, so does mine.
I am straight with you.
If a campaign is not delivering, you will hear that from me plainly. If I do not think something is worth spending money on, I will say so, even when it means less work for me. There is no jargon, no hiding behind reports, and no surprises at the end of the month.
People stay, and that says more than anything I could write here.
